Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Autocolourbank account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the clothing is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
